SENDCo

I offer specialist SENDCo support services to schools, providing expert guidance to strengthen inclusive practice and improve outcomes for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. With extensive experience in assessment, provision planning, and staff development, I work collaboratively with school leaders and teachers to develop effective systems, refine classroom practice, and ensure statutory responsibilities are met with confidence. My support is tailored to each setting and can include SEND audits, staff training, pupil assessment, intervention planning, and strategic leadership advice, all underpinned by a child-centred approach that prioritises both progress and wellbeing.
